2011's good health goals
1. drink a tall glass of water first thing in the morning
2. try a new recipe once a week
3. take my daily vitamin...daily
4. continue to purify my diet with unprocessed foods and natural ingredients
5. go to bed earlier

what are your resolutions for a better, healthier you?


  1. Those are good ones.

    I have 11 for '11, which I won't list here, but 2 of them are: Nourish--eat in a way that promotes health and well-being, and Grow--do something every day to grow (read, practice a talent, do something hard...).

  2. I'm eating a leafy green salad every day. I know a lot of people already do this...but for me it has been a small lifestyle change that will have huge benefits!
