Birthday Cake

I made the Oatmeal Cake for mom's 60th birthday.
It's so light and the texture is amazing.
Give me berries and whipped cream for dessert every time.

*i used a flower shaped silicone "pan" to bake the cake in. cool shape, perfect slices.
